Part-Time Student Learning Center (SLC) Tutors
Franklin University seeks energetic, dependable, flexible, self motivated candidates for the positions of SLC tutors at the Student Learning Center. The SLC is looking to add qualified tutors to the staff of professional and peer tutors. Subject areas tutors include: Accounting (215 & 225), Computer Literacy (Comp 085, 106, 107 & 108), Computer Science (111 & 121), Finance (301), and Mathematics (through 215).
Requirements: Flexibility to tutor in-person and in online environments is desired. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a demonstrated proficiency in the intended subject area. Teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
Hours: Potential of up to 20 hours per week. Evening and Saturday availability required.
