GoArmyEd Student Services Associate
Franklin University has a position available for a Student Services Associate (SSA) to join our team, which serves more than 10,000 students annually. Student Services Associates serve as the primary Academic Advisors for students and are empowered to help students achieve their professional and educational goals. This position will be the primary contact for students in the GoArmyEd Program. This program is the Army's largest virtual university program, offering distance education to its active-duty soldiers.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, with excellent organization, interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to function interactively in a team environment. We are looking for a student-centered, process-oriented person with a high level of attention to detail and innovative ideas to continually improve our service level to students. Candidates must also be able to travel occasionally. A bachelor's degree is required.
Candidate must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy and have or develop an understanding of, and agreement with, Franklin's relationship management principles and University values. Candidates with previous military experience are encouraged to apply.
