Administrative Assistant to Chief Financial Office
Franklin University has a position available for an Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Financial Officer and his four direct reports. This person will be responsible for general office administrative responsibilities, making travel and meeting arrangements, document processing, and updating databases. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial and student enrollment data, communicating the results of all analysis, and using MS Office suite to create executive-level summary presentations.
This individual should be detail oriented, dependable, and possess excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills while maintaining the confidentiality of the office data. The candidate should have a proven ability to work effectively in a multi-tasked team environment. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office Suite applications. The candidate must possess a strong customer-centered philosophy and develop an understanding of and agreement with Franklin’s relationship management principles and University values.
